I've been taking a Children's Literature class, and as an assignment I wrote this poem about the importance of sharing books and reading. Enjoy!

Me to You

I have some books for you to see,

chosen very carefully.

Pick your favorite, pick a few.

Read them all, not one or two.

Sad or hopeful, filled with glee,

or hurting, struggling desperately.

Every time there's something new;

Let me share my love with you.

Step into a story; Be.

Experience infinity.
